A bit about Ken and his work:
"I was born in Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1955, now working and living in the beautiful county of Dumfries and Galloway.
My interest in landscapes and seascapes come from my twenty years as a professional landscape photographer and my love for the outdoors, travelling the Scottish Highlands and Islands capturing their beauty.
I am a self-taught artist who creates very textured paintings using both palette knife and brush, I capture the energy and movement of the sea on the rugged Scottish coastline.
My chosen medium is acrylic/mixed media and oil on canvas/paper using only the very best materials.
My work has been displayed in galleries across Scotland and in recent times in online exhibitions."
