Support Worker - Adult Care Home

Our Care Home service are looking for Support Workers to join the staff team within the residential setting for up to ten residents. You will ideally have experience working in a social care environment and relevant qualifications but this is not essential as full training and support will be provided. We do however, require candidates who have a good depth of awareness, understanding and experience of Mental Health and have the ability to create, develop and drive forward personalised support plans, you will be given support and leadership from a designated Manager and Deputy Manager.

Outreach Support Worker - Dumfries

We are looking for Support Workers to join our Outreach team in Dumfries and surrounding areas. No two days will be the same, you will enjoy a varied role providing consistent care and support for setting up tenancies, people living in their own tenancies, transitioning from acute mental health units and social community integration ensuring our support meets the assessed practical and emotional needs of management and recovery modelled by the lived experience of people affected by mental health.

Charity Shop Manager

We are currently seeking a business minded, enthusiastic and highly motivated Retail Manager to lead a team at our retail premises in Castle Douglas. Management experience is essential to the role. You will be self-motivated and passionate about raising funds for a worthwhile cause, with excellent leadership and retail management skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and to meet targets. Previous experience as a retail manager and commerciality are essential.
