DGMHA is a registered Scottish charity, established in 1988, providing care and support for people across Dumfries and Galloway, whose lives are affected by mental ill-health. The Board of Trustees are the governing body for the Association.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Care and Support Manager to provide managerial oversight of our varied care and support services.

The post holder will be a member of the senior management team and the lead contact for all operational provisions. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely alongside the Finance Manager, Quality & Operations Manager, Estates Manager and the HR Manager to ensure the transformational change required to future proof the organisation. Enhancing, improving, monitoring and evaluating the quality of support we deliver; to not only maintain but to progress our position in the social care marketplace meeting our organisational strategy.

You will have extensive experience working at a similar level with a proven track record of leadership, collaborative working and transformational change within a relevant setting across multiple sites. Minimum of SVQ4, Level 4 Leadership & Management, and Health and Social Care Degree.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a PVG check.
