DGMHA is a registered Scottish charity, established in 1988, providing care and support for people across Dumfries and Galloway, whose lives are affected by mental ill-health. The Board of Trustees are the governing body for the Association.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Deputy Manager to work alongside our Registered Manager under our new registration DGMHA EAST. This service provides outreach support to individuals within their own homes in the Nithsdale, Annandale and Stewartry areas.
This post is one of considerable responsibility and confidentiality. DGMHA expects the post holder to show leadership and management aptitude for the services for which they have allocated responsibility. The post holder will have a caring and supportive attitude towards others which is underpinned by a positive and can-do approach.
You will have experience working at a similar level with a proven track record within a relevant setting and hold SVQ 3 qualification or similar relevant qualification and a willingness to work towards SVQ4 and SVQ4 L&M.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a PVG check.
