DGMHA Staff Awards

We are delighted to announce the winners of the staff awards this year:

Andrew Martin – Dumfries Outreach service

Has been awarded with the DGMHA long service award for his 27 years service to the association.

Eleanor Lockerbie – from Dumfries Outreach service

Has been awarded the ‘CEO Special Recognition’ for continuously showing hard work, dedication and extra special support to our service users.

David Carr – Castle Douglas service

Has been awarded a ‘Service User Nominated’ award. David was nominated by 3 of our service users for making a personal difference to their lives.

William Scott – Stranraer Outreach service

Has been awarded a ‘Service User Nominated’ award. Williams was also nominated by 3 of our service users for making a personal difference to their lives.

Anne Marie Wither – Team Leader at Stranraer

Has been awarded the ‘Team Leader award’ for being diligent in managing both her team and provision to the highest of quality standards.

Lesley Reid – Deputy Team Leader at Stranraer

Has also been awarded the ‘Team Leader award’ for being diligent in managing both her team and provision to the highest quality of standards.

Ross McKee – Maintenance Person

Has been awarded the ‘Excellence in Support Services’ award for showing excellence in a valued non direct contribution to the lives of our service users.

Avril McKinnell – Team Leader at Dumfries Outreach

Has been awarded ‘Going Above and Beyond’ for an aspect of her role that has directly or indirectly made a difference to her teams provision, service users life and/or colleagues life.

Caroline Dougan – Craigsheilds service

Has been awarded a ‘Service User Nominated’ award. Caroline was nominated by 3 of our service users for making a personal difference to their lives.

Sam Coutts – Craigsheilds service

Has been awarded ‘Outstanding Achievement for Service User’ award. He has went above and beyond to support a service user throughout a college application and ensured a successful outcome for the service user to attend the course in engineering.

Our Charity Shop volunteers, Sarah & Alison, were also presented with a thank you on the night for their time and hard work at the DGMHA Charity Shop.
