This role is responsible for the financial management, business and statutory reporting for DGMHA, ensuring ongoing viability and a secure financial future for the Association.  Reporting to the CEO you will be a key player within the Senior Management Team and will contribute significantly to driving forward the changes required to ensure growth in our business.

Join our team of fantastic staff in our House of Multiple Occupancy service in Dumfries. This role will involve supporting adults with complex needs maintain their tenancies and with all aspects of home and community living, emotional and phycological support.  We seek to empower and build confidence ensuring a healthy and fulfilled daily lifestyle.

We are looking for Support Workers to join our Outreach team in Dumfries and surrounding areas. No two days will be the same, you will enjoy a varied role providing consistent care and support for setting up tenancies, people living in their own tenancies, transitioning from acute mental health units and social community integration ensuring our support meets the assessed practical and emotional needs of management and recovery modelled by the lived experience of people affected by mental health.

We are looking for a motivated support worker to join our team at Castle Douglas. Providing both support to adults living in a house of multiple occupancy and providing an outreach support service to adults living in the community the role will involve supporting people with all aspects of home and community living, emotional and psychological support.

The Board of Directors is the governing body and ultimate decision makers of the organisation as detailed in our Articles of Association. As such, we must discharge our responsibilities to the organisation in accordance with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).
